Resend Rebalance Packages

During AM imports the associated Rebalance Package which produce the Market Value & Cash Balance display may encounter errors where select jobs within the package error out. This results in the Rebalance Package displaying as Partially Completed.

NOTE: Please note the Partially Completed package ONLY impacts display of Market Values & Cash Balances, the data import into accounts has still occurred successfully if Import Date = Today

Partially Completed Package

To remediate the partially completed package users will just need to Resend the package. The resend will ensure any portfolios that encountered issues during Market Value & Cash Balance prep are resent to the Job Manager for processing. 

To resend your AM rebalance package performing the following steps:

• Navigate to Order Approve > Rebalance Packages

• Select the Partially Completed package and hit 'Resend' (Do not hit STOP)

• On the 'Resend Request' pop-out select 'Continue' to ensure just impacted accounts are resent for processing

• You will then be provided with all Accounts that resulted in MV & CB error, to send all Accounts for reprocessing do not select any Account and hit the OK button

Rebalance Package will then be resent to the Job Manager for processing. Give the Job Manager a couple minutes to complete and confirm it has completed by hitting Refresh on the Rebalance Package section of Blaze. 

You will now be able to navigate back to the Account listing page and confirm all Accounts that imported that day will have applicable Market Values & Cash Balance displayed.
