Dashboard

The Dashboard contains 6 widgets that provide users with a centralized interface that aggregates and presents key information related to your Blaze system. In v7.16.1 we have introduced 2 new widget designs. 

Import Status

The import status widget provides a visual display of All Accounts in the system and the success rate of your most recent import.

• Imported Accounts - The number of Accounts that successfully imported during the 'Last Import' date
• Stale Accounts - The number of Accounts that did not import during the 'Last Import' date
• Total Accounts - Total Accounts in the system
• Last Import - The most recent occurrence of your daily import

Cash Outside Min/Max

The cash outside min/max widget visually displays the number of Accounts who have Cash % values Below, Within, or Above the Cash Min/Max range applied to assigned model. Below the visual display the number of Accounts within each bucket is indicated.

Please note the Cash Min/Max setting associated with this widget is tied to the Drift Analysis parameters/settings, as opposed to Account specific Cash Minimums & Maximums.

Accounts by Manager

The accounts by manager widget displays a pie chart showing the split of all accounts in the system and their Manager assignment. Hover over any slice to see the associated count.

Pending Order Approval

The pending order approval widget will display any Pending Orders in the system that can be approved by your user.

Accounts with Sleeve Drift

The accounts with sleeve drift widget displays a list of Accounts that have drifted outside their assigned sleeve Min/Max Allocation %. More info on applying these parameters can be found Here.

Neglected Accounts

The neglected accounts widget will display the number of accounts that have not been rebalanced in 90 days. 

Refreshing your Dashboard Widgets

To refresh your Dashboard Widgets and the data displayed in them, click the expand sidebar button in the upper left of the Dashboard and hit 'Reevaluate Dashboard'
